Cancellation policy

This policy applies to all recurring services and subscription-based purchase options offered by DD Network, a trading name of Bascora Ltd (Company No. 17119057), 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG.

Monthly Subscriptions

All monthly care plans and management services (including Google Ads management, SEO, and website maintenance plans) may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, please contact us via our contact page or in writing to our registered address. Please include your name, the service you wish to cancel, and your preferred cancellation date.

Refunds

Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. If you cancel mid-cycle, your service will remain active until the end of the paid period — no partial refunds will be issued.

One-Off Services

One-off project payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If work has not yet started, a full refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
