DD Network is a trading name of Bascora Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Company Registration Number: 17119057. Registered address: 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG. References to "DD Network", "we", "us", or "our" refer to Bascora Ltd.

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DD Network's website and the purchase of services from DD Network, a UK-based digital agency. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

All services provided by DD Network are custom-delivered by our team. After purchase, we will contact you within 1 business day to begin your project brief. Services are not instant downloads unless explicitly stated.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a separate written agreement has been made. Monthly services (e.g. care plans, Google Ads management, SEO) are billed on a recurring basis and will continue until cancelled.

4. Cancellation

Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. One-off project payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If work has not yet started, a full refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase.

5. Revisions

Revision rounds are included as specified in each service description. Additional revisions beyond the included allowance will be charged at £50/hr.

6. Delivery & Timelines

Project timelines are agreed at the brief stage. DD Network will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines. Delays caused by the client (e.g. late provision of content or approvals) may extend timelines without penalty to DD Network.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables created by DD Network for the client become the client's property. DD Network retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Ad Spend (Google Ads Services)

Ad spend is paid directly to Google by the client and is entirely separate from DD Network's management fee. DD Network is not responsible for ad spend performance or Google's policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

DD Network's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
